Trained volunteers connect resources and provide comfort and compassion to victims’ families 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Project Compassion is a collaboration of Project Safe Way, San Diego Commission on Gang Prevention & Intervention, the San Diego District Attorney’s Office, and community organizations, businesses, and faith leaders.
