It's Election Day — get out and vote!

 In Community News

November 2 is Election Day. If you are a registered voter, please take the time to stop by your polling place to cast your vote on the numerous local, county, state, and national offices and initiatives that are on the ballot. The polls close at 8pm.

Not sure where your polling place is? The County of San Diego Registrar of Voters website has a handy Polling Place Locator to find it. You can also call their general info line at (858) 565-5800 for your polling place and directions.

Have a mail-in ballot that you just didn’t get around to mailing? You can still drop it off at any polling station or at the Registrar of Voters office by 8pm. (But don’t put it in the mail today — it won’t get to the Registrar in time.) The office is located in Kearny Mesa at 5201 Ruffin Rd Suite I, San Diego, CA 92123 (Google Maps).

Need to check your voter registration status? Look no further than the Registrar’s Check Your Voter Registration page.

Interested in looking up the results as they come in? You can see the numbers on the Registrar’s General Election Results page.

Looking for election info in multiple languages? Voting materials and info are available in English, Spanish, Filipino, and Vietnamese.

Want to register for the next election? While you won’t be able to participate in today’s election, it’s never too early to register for the next one. Find out how and fill out the form on the Registrar’s Voting Registration page.

All of this information and more can be found at the County of San Diego’s Registrar of Voters website. You can also find them elsewhere on the web at Twitter (@SDVOTE) and on the County’s Facebook page.

Your vote is important! Exercise your right today.
