Human Resources Position Available at the Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation
Under the guidance of the President and Management Team, applies sound strategic planning and visionary skills in developing policy and ensuring effective operation of the organizations. In addition, applies financial know-how in overseeing activities related
to the Human Resources function, and directs the operations of employment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, workers’ compensation/safety, and organization development and training.
Bachelor’s degree in a business, psychology or closely related field or demonstrable equivalent education and experience. Continuing coursework to demonstrate currency
in the human resources profession required via PHR or SPHR certification.
The position requires at least 12 years of progressive experience in human resources, with demonstrable experience in successfully implementing organizational change.
Also required is at least five years of senior management experience with significant personnel leadership responsibility in an organization with 100+ employees.
