Voice & Viewpoint Town Hall Meeting

The October Town Hall Meeting sponsored by The San Diego Voice & Viewpoint Newspaper will focus on hearing from the community about the experiences and concerns of those seeking to work with local agencies both in terms of jobs and services.

Do you believe you’ve been given equal access to job training and job announcement information? Have you received adequate services regarding your mortgage and or foreclosure status? Are you familiar with all of the agencies in San Diego that are being funded to offer you services? Are you confronting issues with any local social service organizations?

The Town Hall Meeting must look at such entities as Health & Human Services and the Employment Development Department of the State of California in terms of their responsibility for life sustaining services during such difficult times. Your input concerning these and other services will be extremely helpful as we continue to prioritize our needs as a community and not have others to do so for us.
