Council President Tony Young, Council Member Marti Emerald and Rural/Metro Ambulance, the city of San Diego’s ambulance provider, invite you to Neighborhood Beat, a city-wide community CPR training program!

Did You Know Heart disease is the #1 killer in the U.S. 80% of all cardiac arrests occur in the home?
BE PREPARED!

WHO: Community members age 4 to 104
WHAT: Event will feature:

  • How to perform compressions-only CPR
  • How to use an AED
  • Representatives from the San Ysidro Health Center and Family Health Centers of San Diego

WHERE: Jacobs Center (Community Room), 404 Euclid Ave., San Diego, CA 92114

WHEN: Saturday, November 5, 2011, 9 to 11 a.m.
*First training will begin promptly at 9 a.m.; second training at 10 a.m. Please RSVP Victor Brown, and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to start times.
