Low-income Tax Credit Help

San Diego County and several partner organizations will offer free tax screenings to help low-income
individuals and families determine if they qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit. About 400 volunteers will help San Diego County residents apply for the credit at nearly 100 locations throughout the region. In addition to helping with tax returns, student interns and volunteers will also screen families to determine if they qualify for CalFresh and other assistance programs.
