WE Connect helps families learn and connect to important programs and services that are available to them and may help them lead healthier, more financially secure lives.  Programs like CalFresh and the Women and Children’s Program (WIC) help make access to healthy food a reality for families. The Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) helps put hard earned money back into the pockets of those who need it most.  Medi-Cal and Healthy Families provide access to affordable preventive care. These are only a few of available resources that you will learn about through WE Connect.

Join us for a WEConnect event on July 13th at the Jacobs Center from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. All service are FREE

Become a Connector Volunteer at WE Connect

We are looking for energetic, friendly volunteers as well as volunteers who are BILINGUAL (Spanish) to help with all aspects of the event including, greeting and escorting, food distribution, and much more. This is a great opportunity to give back to those in need in a healthy and sustainable way.

All volunteers are welcomed! You do not need to be bilingual to participate. All volunteers will receive an event t-shirt and lunch! Please make sure you wear comfortable clothing and shoes, as you will be on your feet and walking around during the event.
