Supervisor Greg Cox, Councilmember Myrtle Cole, Councilmember Marti Emerald & SYHC invite you to attend the Affordable Care Act Town Hall & Resource Fair.

Community forum to discuss benefits under the Affordable Care Act, Medi-Cal, and CalFresh (food stamps). A Resource Fair will follow with specialists on hand to provide enrollment assistance to those eligible for these programs.
