City Council Unanimously Approves Remaining Funding for the Trolley Residential Project

 In Community News

This week the San Diego City Council voted unanimously to approve a final loan and take the initial steps towards issuing the bonds needed to fully fund our Trolley Residential Project. This project will construct 52 units of quality multi-family housing at the southeast corner of Market Street and Market Creek Place Driveway. Adjacent to the Euclid Transit Center, the second busiest in the MTS system, this $23 million investment will set the stage for transit-oriented development in our community. It will also bring quality jobs to the Diamond Neighborhoods. Thank you Councilmember Cole for securing the City Council’s support for this important project.
